How to Track My Order?
- When you order is received by our delivery service provider, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with a tracking number. You will be able to track the shipping of your order with the tracking number provided.
- You can also retrieve your order shipment information by logging in your account through the website.
How Long Will Shipping Take?
- Your order is shipped directly from our factory located in Selangor, Malaysia.
- Shipping will commence after payment verification.
- We only engage reputable courier or delivery service providers to ship your order to you. Shipment tracking is provided with each order.
- For a West Malaysia order, delivery will take 3 working days on average. Remote areas may take up to 8 working days for the order to reach you.
- For an East Malaysia order, delivery will take 5 working days on average. Remote areas may take up to 10 working days for the order to reach you.
- For a Singapore order, delivery will take 7 working days on average.
- As we engage third party delivery service providers, we are unable to guarantee delivery days as stated above. We consistently monitor the performance of the service providers to ensure the best service standards we can offer to you.
What Are The Shipping Charges?
- Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and dimensions of the package, the destination of the delivery, and the choice of your delivery service option.
- Your shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Can I Pick Up My Order On My Own?
Unfortunately, no. We are unable to facilitate this delivery option.
